Subject: [Leica] Americans in Paris

I will vouch for the friendly disposition of French
people toward Americans. I've met Fran?ois, we enjoyed
a very fine lunch over a bottle of red (!) Sancerre in
the Place des Vosges, steps from where I once had a
flat, and he extended every hospitality to me as a
fellow member of the international brotherhood of
Leica fans. We also share a deep and thoughtful
appreciation for the glories of French womanhood.
