I was there taking pictures of wolves and wolfresearch in the Bieszczady Natational Park in South-East Poland near the Ukrainian border. Here in The Hague we have several Polish Deli-shops, where they sell ready-made pierogi. But they should not be as delicious as the home-made by your family. Thank you for showing the step-by-step pictures of the progress of making these 'pies/pasta'. Now I can try to make them be myself. Kind regards from the Hague.
