[Leica] OT: Nikon FF D3

Just out a few hours ago from nikon:

So for me it's an M8 to take advantage of my set of M glass and love of
rangefinder shooting or the D3.
Which takes advantage of the nikon glass I've accumulated since 1972 with my
first F2. Many of them I couldn't sell for 50 bucks but I enjoy using just
the same and enjoy the quality it gives my images.

I have a D200 but have been using a D40x very unprofessional but I enjoy the
compactness of it and carry it with me everywhere. Brought it to the movies
tonight with a 45mm P for pancake on it.

Frankly I'm more interested in the D300 just out.

Frankly neither of these camera capture my imagination.
I'm really happy with my D200 and D40x neither of which is broke or wanting
in any way I can figure out.
I love these cameras.
I can live without live view or a few more megapixels or a nice big 3 inch
screen which stays lit up.

What I do have my ear attuned to is the sounds of a Leica DSLR being
announced. 
Hopefully one with an tone for compactness not a monster.
Or at least as small as my D200 which is not small. But not big.

My first lens would be the 60 macro. I'd shoot everything with that and
proably get a crop circle factor making for a 90mm lens or thereabouts.
But I'd need a wide soon. How to swing a wide Leica zoom?

Interesting to see how this might disenthrall me from my Nikons. What it
would take.
A new bug free M9 might. Or M8.5

I don't think a five grand full frame camera is going to do nikon that much
good for me soon or that many others. People not having already having
switched to Canon had a Kodak full frame option. A camera with mixed reviews
and maybe mixed results.

Now a well heeled die hard Nikon commercial shooter has a full frame modern
option. I guess maybe that's good. I should check my heels I think most of
them are very well worn in. Should not have spent all my money on shoes. And
worn them all over town.

I don't have one Nikon VR lens that's the new frontier for my next windfall.
That would make the biggest effect on my output.
F 200mm at 15th of a second and be there.

That and few big stacks of Hahnem?hle paper. With Blueberries.
