Graham,

Sorry to hear of your holiday experience to date.  At least, your sense of 
humor seems to have survived the ordeal.  From pictures that I have seen on 
the tele, it appears that some parts of your homeland are seeing much more 
rain than you experienced, and residents in those areas are being driven 
from their homes by flooding.  Think positively, you can at least stay in 
your home to endure your misery.

Here's wishing you a speedy recovery.
