Nathan, you're photos are wonderful.  They show how different it can  
be to buy cheese in an open air market compared to a local supermarket  
in the U.S.  I previously lived in Roanke, Virginia and there was a  
farmers market in the town square every weekend.  Not so in  
Jacksonville, Florida.  Again, wonderful photos.  Thanks for sharing.
