The outlook for the Mermaid parade seems bleak although there isn't too much controversy, just clean American prime time fun...with beer and leica. I have to say, the enthusiasm of some of the photographers seems just a little...well, unnatural. But, where else can you photograph soft-core porn on a public street in the afternoon except Brooklyn. Take the fins off and it's a typical Saturday night.
