Cheers Hoppy -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+hoppyman=bigpond.net.au@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+hoppyman=bigpond.net.au@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Christopher Williams Sent: Monday, 4 June 2007 14:37 To: Leica Users Group; leica@freelists.org Subject: [Leica] DDay Museum New Orleans The DDay Museum in New Orleans survived Hurricane Katrina(there was a volunteer with a loaded 45 inside during the chaos) and is now starting to expand another 2 blocks. This was the first time for me going back to the museum since Katrina. They placed a C-47 inside and I always wanted to see it up close. Being a WWII freak, this was pretty cool to see. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/zoeica/Travels/DDayMuseum/ June 6th is the DDay Anniversary so I'll have some more images up then.
