I have never used it as a grey card, and have not really thought about doing this. Personally I found the expo disk to be a little cool on the white balance so I remedied this by adding a 1/4 plus blue and now I get colors that are more leasing to me, but I am one of those people who used to keep 81A filters on his cameras when shooting color slides. If you want an expo disk on the cheap get a filter some diffusion gel and cut the gel to fit inside the filter than use this for WB. I did a test last summer using my expo disk, diffusion gel, and the plus blue and you can see it at: http://www.pbase.com/2plus2/test Look at the out side photos to see this and the captions tell what was done on each shot. Hope this helps Jerry Justianto wrote: > plan to buy the expodisc. > > my questions are: > 1. there are no expodisc with size of 39, 46 and 60. which size that i > should buy. > > 2. can it be used for grey card also? > > 3. can it be used with film camera for the purpose of grey card? > > Thanks, > > Jerry > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > -- Harrison McClary Harrison McClary Photography harrison@mcclary.net http://www.mcclary.net ImageStockSouth - Stock Photography http://www.imagestocksouth.com Tobacco Road: Personal Blog: http://www.mcclary.net/blog
