LUG:

I downloaded Kodak EasyShare software so I could post some photos on
their website for my daughter to see of my grandaughter's ballet
recital. That's the program she uses to print copies of photos. The
software crashed my laptop. I got the dreaded blue screen and every
time I try to restart the computer so I can remove the software, the
blue screen comes up and the computer crashes. How can I remove this
software when I can't keep the computer running? I know I can start
it with the command prompt but I don't know what I would be looking
for to remove. Any ideas anybody? I searched the internet and it
seems that this software crashes computers all the time so Kodak has
a "clean" script that you can download to remove it and I've copied
that on a CD but I can't keep the laptop running long enough to use it.
Help!

Tina
