Steve these are wrenching to view due to the situation that you have 
explained. I think that the second is an uplifting image that
shows for me the supportive environment. I think both Irene and Sara would 
be pleased with the portrayal.
The third shows me a serene and brave young woman in a world where I see no 
fairness nor reason to her circumstances.
As a photographer, I think these do you proud.
