I've heard that you can do some nice stuff with uncoated Elmars, pointing
them into the direction of the light source. Evidently James Ravilious
turned it into his trademark.

Tom Fenwick helped me out with a lens hood that works with 35 - 135 Elmars
(it's like a little telescope), so this wasn't taken without some kind of
protection:
