Subject: [Leica] Lenses without 6 bit code for M8

Perhaps it because of the low quality/price clothing we wear over here in
the UK, but on my first proper expedition with the M8 to Chester the magenta
problem was painfully obvious. I'd like to think that I'd have noticed it
even without being prompted :-)
