Did anyone answer Peter's question about the 40 to 39 ring? I have a Minolta 13.5cm f/4 that I believe has a 40mm filter size. I would also be interested in SOMETHING that allowed me to use either of my other series of filters and shades on it, as I can't find anything in the 40mm format in the places I know to look. If someone has a source of 40mm filters and a telephoto shade (this lens definitely would benefit from one) or a step-up / step-down ring to do the same, please let me know.
