I'm sorry, I can only give my photographic opinion, and I see these two
images as a correct catch

I'm posting these two photos more to try and identify the bird. The photos
aren't that good but may be interesting.

This bird may be a Yellow-Bellied Flycatcher or a Goldfinch or something
else.

The bird is fairly small. In the first photo it is tearing apart a bugs nest
in the tree.

In the 2nd photo the bird flew to another branch but only stayed a second or
two. The photo is not quite in focus. The white nest is covering its beak
and throat.

Can anyone identify this little guy. Unfortunately he wouldn't stay put long
enough for a good photo.

Both with a Leica 560mm telyt and canon 20D
