Subject: [Leica] IMG: Flycatcher

I'm posting these two photos more to try and identify the bird. The
photos aren't that good but may be interesting.

This bird may be a Yellow-Bellied Flycatcher or a Goldfinch or
something else.

The bird is fairly small. In the first photo it is tearing apart a
bugs nest in the tree.

In the 2nd photo the bird flew to another branch but only stayed a
second or two. The photo is not quite in focus. The white nest is
covering its beak and throat.

Can anyone identify this little guy. Unfortunately he wouldn't stay
put long enough for a good photo.

Both with a Leica 560mm telyt and canon 20D
