In the meantime, you could buy one of the Industars off of eBay (Industar 50, I-50) that are Tessar copies, almost just like the Elmars (the Elmar has moved the aperture ring up one element towards the front, otherwise it is a Tessar). It might put you out about 210 SEK, but you might very well find out that you don't need anything else. I have a couple of rigid Industar 50's (you probably want the collapsible model, but the rigid models have the same optics). You could "loan" one to test if you want. I pass through Malm? a couple times a week if you can make it to the central station at 1800 on Tuesday evenings Thursday evenings.
