For you folks who use the adobe dng converter...what settings are  
best for file size reduction without loss of quality?
I am currently using :

medium jpg preview
compressed (lossles)
preserve raw image
don't embed original

These settings cut my 15.8 raws from the d200 down to 7.9 mg.

Am I doing this right?
