I sent the M8 in for it's scheduled upgrade in February (I think) and 
since it was going in anyway I decided to send the Noctilux in with 
it to be matched to the M8, as far as focusing goes, and to have its 
codes put on the mount.  I heard back from Leica a couple of weeks 
ago that they had finished with the M8 and it was on its way home so 
I could go ahead and send the loaner I got back to New Jersey.  I 
don't think so.  I'll keep the loaner until I get my M8 back!!  I'm 
looking forward to seeing if mating the M8 to the Noctilux will make 
a difference because that is the only lens I was having trouble 
focusing and it's my favorite lens.
