For my taste, I would clone out the streetlamp just visible in the background. The text information adds a lot of meaning and makes the lighting, medium and your composition very relevant. Also an interesting comparison to the compelling portrait of a veteran that Kyle showed us a little while ago I just saw your Andrea picture as well. A very pleasing mood that you have caught and shown.
