Bill,

thanks for posting the link I have been looking for it for 24 hours; the BBC
were talking about it last night, but they diedn't have it on their site and 
The
Independent published at least some today; but again they weren't accessible
this morning on their site either.

All very harrowing, and Don McCullin at his best and most compelling. Tragic
stuff, it needs governments to address it. We can help through Oxfam in the
short term, but long term there HAS to be a political solution. If not it 
will
run and run.
