It seems there has been a significant number of posts on back  
focusing.  I don't believe this is a new issue but one more easily  
identified using an M8.  You can photograph and check your results  
instantly.  I probably would have just accepted the fact that I  
focused not as well as I could have if I were using film.  My lenses  
seem fine so far but there are sure a lot of people who have  
discovered on their own that their lenses may not be as well adjusted  
as expected to work with their rangefinder.  This was probably an  
unexpected result of the Leica going digital.
