Jeffery Smith New Orleans, LA http://www.400tx.com http://400tx.blogspot.com/ -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+jsmith342=cox.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+jsmith342=cox.net@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Alex Sent: Monday, April 02, 2007 1:14 AM To: Leica Users Group Subject: Re: [Leica] Memo to Slobodan Dimitrov Jerry, I did a 1k$ business with Mr. Kellner even not knowing him as he was selling his M6 on Ebay - I can personally attest I rarely come upon such graceful, honest and trustworthy seller and person in general. No need for hasty conclusions (let alone expressed on public). IMO, if you willing to go that way - go personal emails. Hank is very generous person, the one who earned my deep respect dealing with him. It is just a misfortune case occured in their deal (can happen with anyone) ad I want to believe will be resolved, albeit probably not in the easiest way possible. Effective communication is indeed the key for successful remote business and from my personal experience, Mr. Kellner maintains that on very high level which makes dealing with him a real pleasure. I believe he posted in public out of no other choices, when all other communication fell off leaving him with no other choice but trying the other side to respond under public "pressure". Based on Slobodan references on LUG, I tend to believe he has no bad intentions whatsoever, but I can imagine lack of response and probably less then exemplery manners in Slobodan's responses would make me at least less satisfactory as his paying "customer"...
