[Leica] Focus shift on 50/1.4 Nikkor on M8

Didier,

It's a very interesting review and Zeiss's comments even more  
interesting. They admit a focus shift at around f2.8 so they set the  
lens to close focus wide open to compensate for the back focus shift.
