I'd disagree with that. I think you can murder a mouse. I know it has to be premeditated. That's it. Otherwise its second degree mouse murder. And you just get off with 10 minutes of sweeping out some warehouse with Gucci overalls at 7 in the morning with a bunch of shop lifters.. By the way I had to look it up.
