The more I look at this the more I like it for a whole lot of reasons,
Sonny. I also would like to know how you achieved the look. I'm
thinking that perhaps you masked her out and did a motion blur to the
background, but the levelof masking required seems pretty awesome esp
for her blowing hair.

Inquiring minds want to know!
