Hi Hoppy,

Thanks for the comments. I promise to make them sharper if somebody  
would donate a DMR. ;-) Seriously though, I think you're seeing the  
result of severe cropping. I admit the Nikon zoom at the top end is a  
little soft. I like the Telyt better. It pops in and out of focus  
nicely where the Nikon you aren't really sure. And auto focus is a  
waste of time with birds.
