I now use Noise Ninja on any GRD image shot at 400 or above. So from that point of view, the thought of a proper sensor in a compact package is very tempting to me. Although, with the difference in maximum apertures between the Sigma and the GRD (f4 vs. f2.3) much of the Sigma sensor's advantage in low light is negated by its slow lens.
