Best bet before one walks through the terminal door is, take a deep breathe, exhale, relax and wear a smile for the rest of the way until yer in your seat and buckled up! :-)Generally it works as you know............. "you get what you give!" Give a smile, the chances are you'll get one back and a no hassle trip. Be an A- hole and a grump you'll have a horrble flt and swear you'll never fly again. Next time any of the crew are boarding a plane, stay loose, might as well, being a grump wont make it any better! Then make a game out of people watching travellers. Best entertainment and cheapest in the airport. Watch the facial expressions of a conversation and you don't even have to hear them you can tell those peed off and those on a wonderful trip!:-) Kills time quicker than sitting around moping and grumbling about the check in. :-) ted
