My only stolen Leica (M6 TTL) was coppped by UPS in New Orleans. Tracking
had it coming every step of the way from Boston to New Orleans at which time
it was scanned *in* but never scanned *out* for delivery.

Same same for members down under. Probably approaching 200 parcels over a
few years. NEVER a problem caused by USPS. Plus cheaper and customs
treatment much fairer.

I beg you though, if ANYONE in the US ever ships to Europe, PLEASE, PLEASE
use USPS and not one of the others - it works much, much better.

This is why US Mail is the WORST delivery system for packages that need to
be delivered...

Use Fed-Ex or UPS......  they do not treat you this way.....

also, that he must wait 21 days before he can file a claim
