The Elmar 135 f/4 lens head must be mounted into a 16472 extension tube first and then mounted into a 16464 universal focus adaptor which will mount into the viso II or III. This will create he same focusing range as the Tele-Elmar f/4. The Viso II comes in a LTM version and a Bayonet version. I hope you have the Bayonet version.
