[Leica] Jobo Reels and photo flo

I have "mistakenly" used photo flo in tanks that I have owned for 30  
years and they still load with the same "degree" of difficulty. I  
mean I wash them after the "flo", but when I read not to a year or so  
ago, I did wonder what was supposed to be the problem
