This is a Fan Palm. Shot Christmas Eve at Longwood Gardens, Pa.

This plant was easy to pass by and difficult to photograph. The fan was
about 6 feet across and saucer shaped with the saucer growing parallel to
the ground. You had to stand on your toes and peer into the plant to see the
fan shape. The photo was shot holding the camera at arms length and guessing
where the center of the plant was. I got lucky. The photo is not cropped.
