It does, go to SET go to WHITE BALANCE - there it is below CLOUDY is  
MANUAL.  Chose, and the camera prompts you.

I did a color shoot in very difficult circumstances, took a Manual WB  
shot at a sheet of white paper, and bingo ..... there you are.  I  
would be interested in hearing if it works for you under your  
circumstances ....
