Very well seen and caught, William. A great composition and posture too.
Cheers

It was 74 deg F here yesterday and the Falls Lake Dam was dumping
water at a rate of about 2900 cubic feet per second. The temptation
was too much for my son and some of his friends. They graciously
tolerated the old fart who tagged along with the camera. The Falls of
the Neuse is a popular park and play spot for kayakers and there were
about twenty there when we arrived. The photo I picked for this week
is of one of my son's friends surfing the largest wave about 40 feet
from the bank.

The first seems capture more motion even though both were shot at the
same shutter speed.

Comments and criticism will be received with gratitude.
