Doug, looks fine on mine...detail is there...great shot...how 
you bird guys get consistently razor sharp images of moving 
targets under such high magnification is amazing!  Well Done 
to say the least!!

technical stuff: R8/DMR @ ISO 400, 280 f/4 APO + 1.4x APO-Extender

The whitest parts of the bird look blown out on some monitors but I suspect
this is either a monitor calibration issue or because of the conversion to
sRGB.  The original file shows no clipping.
