Did you try hitting the highlights and shadows button yet?
I brings back thought to be lost info in both highlights and shadows.

A must for any cheap scan. Which this of course is not.

And also when you first open your raw file the first thing you see is that
slider which makes your image go from pink to green. I think of it as to too
new or too old Kodachrome slider. To me a quick cure for most of the magenta
tinting we've got going around here. Although this is a real low light
thing. Needs more yellow if you ask me it had to have been 2000k tungsten.
Although maybe stained glass.

Also a great cure for funny color to me is "less of it".
Meaning a more muted approach.
Which is the way life is anyway.
Half the color of any slide on a light table. Or pixels on screen
