Subject: [Leica] Target..... Labs seem to all have problems....

I was at my nearby Target store today..... their lab was shut, stating they 
had machine problems.  So I went to another Target.....
same story.....

Is Target shutting down film development operations?  Or is this pure ( rare 
) coincidence?
