Monte und Larry,

Y'know, the Public Library and most bookstores have computer books for 
tyros called  "Idiots Guide to XXXX"
or "XXXX For Dummies"  Since I knew nowt about computers, the books 
helped me.

I was able to buy a current, top of the line Dell desk top and a laptop 
from the Dell Outlet at about 40% off.  They
are current models with everything.
