Subject: [Leica] Cameras I miss but don't miss...most

Good for you Douglas. Actually by here, I meant in Australia. I'm not giving
up on the 120 film cameras, I just want a good
Rolleiflex! Sadly so do many others.
Cheers
Hoppy

Hoppy,
A quick glance to the left of my desk and I see a Rollei 6006 and a
Zeiss Ikoflex - some of us still do MF square stuff too. Projected, the
slides are astounding - but, after digital (20D), it's really only Ms
and R's that get taken out regularly, mostly to fill in the wide angle
gap left by digital multiplication factors.
Cheers
Douglas
I'm still enjoying the flood of high quality manual focus glass hitting
the s/h market at rock bottom prices - if I do find a nice 3003 - sorry
Alastair, Oz is a bit far to go, and I only buy things photographical
that I can see, feel, hear and smell, otherwise yours would be gone in a
flash - at least I'll have a nice set of lenses for it. Then again, a
nice RTS III might turn up too, who knows. :-)
