There have been some issues with focusing being slightly off (I believe that this has only been an issue with the body, not the lenses). The 50/2 Hexanon is on a par with a 50/2 Summicron and a 50/2 Planar. The other Hexanon lenses are also top notch, both in build quality and in optical quality. The only nagging problem that I have had is that the rear eyepiece has a bad habit of unscrewing and falling off the camera. I have lost 2 and bought 3. Now I almost compusively tighten it every few minutes when using the camera. -- Jeffery
