This xml flash slideshow is quite well known amongst flash designers. the 
advantage is that the user can add and delete pictures and albums without 
any programming skills; which is usually a  challenge with other dynamic 
flash galleries. But their templates need strong customizing, to get all 
that navigation stuff outside the picture. Mostly I disable the half of the 
features otherwise it's overloaded.
