A kind of a hard cheddar to softer Muenster conversion.
Just as much cheese per same sized round.
But a chewier consistency.

Going to a lossy like Jpeg however is Swiss.
Lots of holes...
Filled with nothing but air.

You really are getting less cheese ..

And its yellow not orange.

I'm open to all complicated questions.
