Brian,

Hardly a fair test. You got the "bedbug" letter.

1. You are the host of a web Leica users group with a couple of  
thousand Leica addicts.
2. You publicized an example of Leica's poor workmanship with  
pictures and all.
3. Leica made no promises to improve their quality control.

Would Mr. Nobody of Paducah have gotten the same answer?
