Two reasons: As I understand it, I cannot download and run the needed 
software on my Windows machines; and, I would not want to bother a 
friend with all the needed communications with the iPhoto service, 
credit card transactions and so forth.

I am hoping that one or more of the Mac wizard LUGers will chime in with 
a suggestion as to a cheap used Mac model laptop I could consider to run 
this one program, but I suppose they are all out taking pictures today 
and I'll have to wait to hear from them.
