Leo, thanks for suggesting the Kodak service.

However, looking at it, it appears the smallest book they provide is 
5x7inch as opposed to the Apple 2.6x3.5, and unfortunately worse, they 
do not allow text.

I can't believe Apple has this market niche all to itself, but maybe it 
does....
