[Leica] Finally New gallery up

I tend to agree with Ted on this, as many of the members on the LUG have 
truncated thumbnails on their own sites.  The square format is fine for a 
quick look.  And here I thought I had finally made the grade for a Ted Grant 
critique.  ;-)
