The trend seems to be to progressively asph the range and retire the older models. Good for the ultimate quality, bad for the wallet! I suppose that this lens would become the equivalent of the 35 (on the current M's) If it gets close to the f2 28 asph, it will be a dang fine optic! But maybe, with some luck, this little gem is priced in my range.... I assume it is pretty tiny and light.....it looks small. Or is it more PS magic?
