Subject: [Leica] Simple Frames for Uploaded Images

Set your foreground and background colors to default by clicking the  
b&w squares in the tool pallette.

Select all.

Select stroke from edit menu. Set width, color should be black now,  
click inside to lay the stroke inside the selection,normal mode and  
100% opacity. click OK. Save it.

You should now have a small black border around the photo.

Does Elements have stroke? 8^(
