Indeed.  If you remember going by my old house, you'll note that the  levee 
on the Orleans Canal outside my front door had been raised about six  feet.
If 
I still lived there, I would have stayed for sure.  Brick  two story house 
with a third story attic.  Dogs, cats, wife in health  care.
