Lal Enviado el: domingo, 13 de agosto de 2006 3:03 Para: Leica Users Group Asunto: Re: [Leica] LEICA MANUAL QUESTION The 1st and 15th (last) editions are worth more than $ 10. I'd estimate $ 50 + for a copy of the 1st printing of the 1st edition & $ 25+ for the 15th. As with all things Leica, condition determines the final price. The 15th, with significant contributions from David Vestal, Theo Kisselbach, Dick Pierce, Norman Rotschild, Norman Goldberg, et al, by is, IMHO, the very best of the lot; it is more than merely a Leica manual. It should be on every 35mm user's bookshelf. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Luis Ripoll" <luisripoll@telefonica.net> To: "'Leica Users Group'" <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Saturday, 12 August, 2006 5:16 PM Subject: RE: [Leica] LEICA MANUAL QUESTION > Hi Bob, > > Thank you very much for your advice, I'll offer my friend 10$, in fact I > wasn't interested on it but ..., I'm not YET a collector, but I collect > some > Leica items, maybe is the same thing as I'm not alcoholic but I drink > whisky > with pleasure... > > Muchas gracias > > Saludos desde Barcelona > Luis > > -----Mensaje original----- > De: lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org > [mailto:lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org] En nombre > de > Thinkofcole@aol.com > Enviado el: s?bado, 12 de agosto de 2006 21:35 > Para: lug@leica-users.org > Asunto: Re: [Leica] LEICA MANUAL QUESTION > > > Luis, I would say that a 1947 edition would be worth from $5 to $10 > usd...there are plenty of them around and book dealers probably want more > but I would > not pay more than $5 or $10...regards, bob cole [Leica collector] {Tambien > existan en espanol, si lo interesa; yo vendi uno en espanol hace diez anos > en > unos ocho dolares}... > > > > In a message dated 8/12/2006 3:04:08 P.M.
